A New Year is upon us, so how will you make this year better than last year. Our health and wellness is in a constant state of change. So no matter where you are, there is always room for improvement.
This month I am concentrating on a Model for Healthy Living. This model looks at 7 area’s in our lives that we need to keep balanced to stay health. They are Faith Life, Movement, Medical, Work, Emotional, Nutrition, Friends & Family.
