St. Vincent de Paul Society Needs Your Help

Volunteers Needed
The St. Vincent de Paul Society in Laconia is looking for "a few good men and women" who would like to volunteer to help us in our mission to assist those in need in the Lakes Re-gion. As many of you know, we are an all-volunteer organization. We've never paid any sala-ries or wages in our almost 25 years.
Specifically, we are in need of cashiers and telephone operators for our thrift store, food pick-up people (with strong backs) for our food pantry, and amateur social workers for our financial assistance program. We welcome volunteers of all faiths who would like to do some community service for as many hours a week as they would like to give.
If anyone is interested or has questions, have them contact Erika Johnson at 524-5470 or 494-3991. They can also stop in at St. Vincent de Paul on Union Avenue next to Mac-Donald's, but let me know first so I can make sure I'm there. Many thanks for your help.
